I liked that it was clean and simple, the staff were helpful and rooms were brand-new.

Booked a room with two double beds.

By and large, it was nice place for sightseeing in Chicago, had much fun. The location was amazing, at a short distance from The Loop.

Stayed here for 10 nights and loved my choice. It was great time in Chicago.

The staff - some of them were very rude.

This cheap hotel offers lots of well heated rooms. Harrison subway stop is a short walk to the place, some 5 minutes on foot.

Small excellent central hotel, its location and staff were amazing. I loved the room with super clean bathroom, the bed was very comfy.

Loved the place, had a really really nice stay for our Chicago visit. The rooms were cozy with microwave and fridge. This accommodation had a central setting close to the park.

The breakfast was solid and the staff were eager to help, the bed was amazing. The pool area was excellent too...

The hotel is fairly clean, with amiable personal, and offers best possible location adjacent to Millennium Park, close Lake Michigan and downtown attractions.

Top location with scenic views, consistently courteous staff. It was a terrific stay, you could leave a car nearby. Nice garden outside.

The rooms were warm & non-smoking with super clean bathroom. This was a serviceable hotel with a central location close to everything. Also, The Loop was around the corner.

Everything was brand-new, enjoyed our very delightful stay. Delightful breakfast, plenty of options available. Spectacular customer service provided too. Had access to its wifi, it was great.

Good value for the area. Truly exceptional and reasonably clean place, thorough staff. The rooms were terrific and terrific, the view was astonishing. The food for breakfast was tasty, we got hot waffles, fruit, eggs and bacon.

Perfect service, inviting room, exceptionally comfortable bed. Plenty of supplies in the room: climate control, WiFi and TV set. Loved efficient check-in and fast check-out. Besides, it offers strong wifi to guests.

Accommodation was SILENT and clean, rooms were updated. It was just next door to centre as well as train, reasonably priced location overall. Genuine staff, was willing to help whole time. Their boxed breakfast was exceptional. The pool was heated with a whirlpool and a sauna. Branded wines and beers in the main bar, ample parking place.

Everything was very convenient as always. Tidy room, fairly clean and quiet place, modern staff. Our room had a soft bed and a particularly good view. We thoroughly enjoyed that we had WiFi, TV and hairdryer. Good value and nice service.

Had a very comfortable time. The staff was welcoming, the room was budget and the beds were fine. Lots of food for breakfast, food was appetising. There was a perfect restaurant, a supermarket and stores next door.

the hotel was clean enough, and i loved a handy location. very cozy room, comfortable bed and pillows. the venue was a superb base for enjoying a relatively quiet area. again, the hotel was set within walking distance of a premier natural-history museum. lobby restaurant served variety of reasonably priced food. i had very good days staying at this fantastic central property.
